Project Implementation

Once our client approves the network design, our implementation team gets to work. We provide a detailed timeline of project milestones (in Microsoft Project, if so desired), and assign a project manager to serve as point person for the all questions and concerns.

In order to minimize disruption to the ordinary flow of client business, most networks are developed in parallel to the existing environment, with cut-overs taking place at night or on the weekend. All work is tested and verified, and our project team remains on site during the first days of the new environment to answer questions and troubleshoot any issues that crop up.

Training is an integral part of any new network, and we take pride in our knowledge-transfer skills.
