Our repair centers—we have nine of them—are managed to the highest standards of quality.

All repairs are conducted by highly-trained, experienced technicians, specializing in: Printers and scanners PCs and servers Monitors and peripherals Board-level components System-level repairs

Our work is backed by one of the best warranties in the industry—90 days of “bumper-to-bumper” coverage on the field replaceable unit.

Once repaired, all components are functionally tested and then shipped on time with a detailed QA report. This ensures the highest level of quality control and customer satisfaction.

Flat Rate Program or Depot Maintenance Program

Taking advantage of BLM Technologies of Florida’s depot services can mean big savings over the cost of onsite repairs.  You can sign up for a flat-rate program that offers repairs at a pre-determined rate, or a depot maintenance program with affordable annual fees.

Our labor rates are always quoted upfront, before any work commences.  And our board-level expertise means we can usually repair expensive logic and power devices, rather than replacing the entire part. 

Our comprehensive inventory tracking program gives you real-time access to the serial numbers and status of your entire covered fleet.

These maintenance services can be provided on an as-needed or just-in-time basis, or as part of a comprehensive program which includes onsite repair services and support.
